I'm looking into this horn for both of my bikes. If you have one of these how did you mount and wire it? They don't seem to have anything specific to the HD brand.....

Being interested in a horn and having installed a couple of Motohorns I went to Denali website and found they have V twin specific horns and kits. The wiring is detailed in their horn manual and is the same as the Motohorns. Install their relay, route +12V from the positive battery terminal though a fuse. Then use the positive OEM horn line as the relay solenoid connection and it works.

I’m am now considering your horn for my ride

Thanks, I guess I should take a closer look at their website. When I looked this morning I found it clunky and difficult to navigate.

edit - Now I see the v-twin specific horn.

edit #2 -- ordered.

Let me know how it works out. I would love it if I could use the stock horn cover. Not a real fan of the Denali cover

I will do that. But for now don't order one. Apparently the harness on the website is incorrect and I'm working on getting that sorted out now. I should have more info tomorrow.

When I installed the Motohorns on my buddies bikes I fabricated my own harness using autozone relay, wire and crimps. That allowed me to control the length and routing of the various wires. It rally is pretty simple.

Yes, I'm sure it's easy to do. I'm just being lazy.

That looks and sounds exactly like my Wolo Bad Boy horn. Only thing is mine is chrome. I only paid $43 on Amazon.

I put a whole Denali package on my bike, D4's as fog lights, soundbomb horn, and their "smart" canbus system running it all.

I'm not overly impressed with the horn to be honest. Their cover that comes with the Harley mounting kit is made of the cheapest plastic, and it looks better without a cover to be honest. I didn't even want to put the cover on the bike, and that meant cutting the mounting bracket. I have had issues with the horn not working correctly, where you hear the air pump start, but the horn makes a wispy, can't scare a cat type noise. To be fair, this might be a result of having no cover on it, and getting moisture in it. It's also not as loud as I thought it would be. The last thing I'll say is, I'm also not a fan of the split second delay it takes to hear the horn when using it. I prefer the electric horns instant sound vs waiting for the air horn. It's only a .5-1 sec delay so it's not the end of the world, but it's something to get used to.
