Do you know if these fit in 2016 SGS pods also input on amp just to run fairing speakers

 

I had them installed on the Biketronics speaker brackets and never tried them inside the pods and would not consider mounting them outside the pods like the stock speakers. I had then running off if a BT 2180 amp along with the BT Line Leveler.

 

Hi Bert will these play nice in the fairing with SS PN1000 amp and Sony head unit?

 

I can’t say for sure how these speakers would sound with the SS amp as I haven’t run that combination. Something else to consider is that these speakers are rated at 2ohms and the SS amp is rated at 250 watts at 2ohms. So the gains would half to be adjusted accordingly. I would also be a bit concerned on where to place the crossovers under the pre-Rushmore fairing.
