Sounds way out of line.

HD rider for 20+ years, no accidents or violations.

Bodily Injury $100,000/300,000
Prop. Damage $50,000
Underinsured/Uninsured 50,000/100,000
Deductables $125
Custom Parts $3,000

$308 a year Progressive Ins.

I am not up to date on their politics though.

I have Progressive also, They went from 68.00 a month to 86.00!
There explanation was "they had a price increace".. I atest it to many claims due to newbie bike riders...
Neadless to say I called Gieco and it was 300.00 per year cheaper.. by by, Progressive..

Oh you would be suprised to find out how they charge you premiems, things as stupid as if you right or left handed..
and the side of town you live in, weird stuff... I thought they were going to ask if I let black cats walk in front of me, or
do I ride under ladders...
I here at there conventions, they pass out eye patches... Arrrr!

Comparing rates in different cities and saying one is a rip cause another in some totally different area is lower, is like a guy from Watts telling a guy from Beverly Hills that he paid too much for his house cause the same size house is less where he's from... no matter what, I personally wouldn't give that commie luvin, Rosie worshipin, ACLU donatin, Hugo Chavez dealin, piece of liberal weenie shee-ite, America hatin CEO of Progressive,(the name says it all in case anyone never figured that out), one stinkin greenback...[:@]

Foremost sent me a letter a few weeks ago, increasing my policy from $400.00 per year to over $800.00 !!!! Shopped around & went w/Progressive for about $460.00 per year.....kinda ironic I think.

Progressive is a rip off! They wanted over 600.00 a year to cover my 06 e-glide.
I got smart and got all my insurance from Allstate.(House, 2 cars, and bike) Saved a ton of $$$.
I am 36 and my policy for allstate for the bike is $286/year (very good coverage also, not state min. and covers uninsured/underinsured motorists, towing etc.)

I have had Markel since 2002.
Had one minor accident in 2004, they paid it but raised my premium a $100 a year to
$452.
I had one this year because the bike lost power suddenly and wrecked. About $8000 damage.
They paid and are not raising my premium.
I feel they are about the most fair priced insurance company around.
They are quick and prompt to act on any claims.

My policy I the same as yours state minimum.
I'm 57 in Wyoming and an 06 classic.
