I wrecked my 2007 Super Glide on june 27th was hit by a deer yes the deer hit me in the right leg knocked me off bike road rash and shattered fibula dislocated tibia im just glad to be alive .

However my question and concern is my insurance company was out in two days great i thought inspected the 29th called that night says your bike is totaled. ok bike paid off i fix it no problem wromg in Illinois some law where owner cant retain vehicle unless its at least 9 yrs old. by july 2nd i have auction company calling me to pic up my bike!!!

I dont agree with whats happening can anyone help and advise me please???????
