My wife and I got our first HD 2 months ago. We have rode 3000 miles in the 2 month we have had the bike. We are looking for some couples near the Grand Island area that truely enjoy riding on a regular basis. If there is anyone here that would like to go riding give us a pm. We would love to meet some new couples to go riding and hang out with.

 

Check out your local chapter of HOG. You should be able to meet people who enjoy riding. Our local chapter has been a great place to meet other Harley owners and couples. Just a thought.

 

The HOG group is a great idea. I kind of prefer to ride alone and always make my longest rides solo, but I still enjoy the HOG rides, the lines at the bathroom, the restaurants I would skip etc.HOG is a great social thing here and they know about every secondary road. I am renewing my membership. I thought a funny episode is we were to eat lunch at a famous place about an hour plus west of here. We left at 8:00 AM and go back at 5:00 PM. What a crew! The snorters were hitting 80 mph on the way home down I-70. We did a zillion two lanes through outthe countryside. Who found these scenic byways? Anyway, welcome aboard, and consider your local Harley Owners Group. Around here they are great.

Sound great everyone, I'm ready to go as soon as the F***ing snow melts. Just spent a week on a curise to the bahamas, 85 degrees everyday made me really jones for a ride.
