Default Glencoe 2018

I've been looking for Mowdoc to kick off a thread but it doesn't look like he's been on for a few months. I'll have to look for them when I get there. Anyone else going?

Yes, I will be there. Always camp on the alley. Looking forward to another fun week at Glencoe.

Always see Mowdoc and his wife cruising the alley.

If anyone's in need, I have a certificate for two Glencoe wristbands that I won't be able to use. Includes a meal and a drink and discounts on upgrades.

Had to sign up (finally) so I could reply....been lurking a while.

We are staying at Glencoe this year (read....first timers) still trying to figure out our logistics of getting there (do we bring our 5th wheel or stay in the enclosed cargo trailer) but can't wait! Love meeting new people and having a good time! Both will amplify exponentially once the wife has a few drinks! lol

We go to rallys here and camp for the weekend so are not new to the noise or partying till 4am.....anything else I should be aware of? Probably a dumb question, but are golf carts allowed?

Also, thinking about taking a few days and riding to Yellowstone....anybody done that? Looks to be about 6 hours away.

Anyhow, heard stories about the EasyRiders festival here in MI, and been told that don't hold a candle to Sturgis......I feel like a kid a month before Christmas!

The Easy Rider Rodeo in Fowlerville is not much ... Camping in a parking lot ... No trees or shade .... Plenty of "part time drunks" ... Two of my buddies and I used to work security at the "Shady Lady" ( which has since closed up ) in town for the rodeo ... Of course it's better than sitting home ... Camping at Glencoe is an experience ... Especially "Pervert Road" ... It's kind of sensory overload :>)

MowDoc posted this information a couple years about Glencoe for beginners. Great information.

We will be camping on the alley. Stop by for a beer.

Used to camp at Glencoe back in the late 90's until about 2004. It got outrageously expensive almost overnight.
Discovered Creekside across the highway, quite the deal, just sayin....

All going - let's have a beer and see if we can find MoDoc.

I'll be arriving on Wednesday August 1. Will be camping on the alley. Stop by for a beer.

Mowdoc always rides up and down the alley on his 4 wheeler with his wife. You can't miss him.

How many more times do I need to post? 10? I think that was the minimum for other boards I have been on.

We will probably get there sometime saturday afternoon/evening.
