If you stay on the freeway and just don't stop in Kenosha you will be fine. I-94 is Sherrif and State Trooper territory. So I wouldn't worry about it. Besides unless you are being obnoxious they aren't going to mess with you.
The link I posted about the run in with the law this past Sunday WAS with a Kenosha County Sheriff. The fines are defined a little bit more in depth as well.
Jeez, that sucks. I'm not going anywhere near I-94, but that makes me wonder if I need to swap out my Cycle Shacks for my stockers for the trip up. I hate to do that, it sounds like chit...
