RE: My posts not showing up...
I think so! Rule #20 on the HD Forums Rules thread is that noobs can't post photos or DMs until 5 days/posts in. I guess this thread is different since I was able to post a photo of my bike? If I'm counting correctly, my OP here, my response, this post, and the hidden one on Factory ECMs or Alarms a Parasitic Drain count as 4 posts, total, so... 1 more post and 3 more days until the hidden one shows? I'm text-only 'til Monday, if I understand correctly.

Thanks! It's one of the few non-cruisers HD's released, but I was in the market for something with a retro-streetbike vibe. I found this Roadster used for a better value than the competing Triumph Bonneville and Honda CB1100 (the Roadster also looks the best, to me). I'd always thought the mystique of Harley-Davidson was pretty cool, so I figured why not? The main thing keeping me at bay was HD's prices, but this bike is a lot of bang for the buck, IMHO. Now I'm warming up to the other models, too; Street Glide, Fat Bob, Street Rod... even the expansion into the electric market. Plus, the fit/finish on these bikes is amazing.
I appreciate everyone being so welcoming!
