Default Clutch Fluid Color

Was cleaning my 14 SGS today after a 500 mile ride yesterday and was also checking all fluids and noticed that my clutch fluid is ok level wise but its a milky grey color. Shouldn't it be the same color as my brake fluid? The clutch works fine but I want to make sure as I have a 900 mile one day ride coming up in a few days. Appreciate any help.

You know I asked this same question not long ago and was advised that this was normal... I still want to change it out, but I also asked the dealer and they also said it was normal.

WOW ok thanks, I thought it's the same Dot 4 that's in the brakes and should look the same color as the fluid I see in the brake reservoir but that's what I get for thinking lol. Appreciate the reply.

If I remember correctly it's the lube they use to assemble it mixed with the brake fluid; looks like graphite doesn't it. But it works fine and its been like that for a while now.

I read a few posts about the color and all said the same it's the lube they used putting the new master cyl kit in.

Now read the pictures about adding clutch or brake fluid especially the Notes.
Good Luck

Luckily my fluid levels are okay, I was just concerned about the color of the clutch fluid. But I guess I'm not concerned anymore, lol. Thank you all for the replies, I greatly appreciate them.
