Default Naviextra's toolbox won' recognize fingerprint on USB

Tried getting the free CVO map update but upon going to the naviextra's toolbox plug in the fingerprinted USB, it wont recognize the USB or let me log in??
Bottom left corner says Harley Davidson Flash 3.3 gb/7.3gb but its just spinning trying to validate content and as soon as I go to log in it just does nothing!!
Am I missing something here??

I'm having same problem. Cannot find 2014 Q2 map database update for North America OR get new Toolbox to recognize USB memory stick.

ETA to ask if a direct USB connection from motorcycle to computer is required instead of to USB memory stick? Naviextras mentions "connection to device".

Try formatting your USB device and ensure it is FAT32 formatted. I updated the map file last night on my CVO and had no issue other than it takes about a half hour to download on the USB, and a bit over an hour to run the update on the bike.

I think you need to be logged into the naviextras
site first then plug in your device usb stick with
fingerprint from your bike it should then update navisync then it will allow you to find and download the maps.

I don't think there is an update. All I see is 2014 quarter two.

Logged in, and then when you open toolbox and shove stick in, it asks you to log in again.........NOTHING happens

SLOWRAIN, stick is formatted to FAT32 as with all the normal software updates.

I'll have another crack at it later but i've tried it around 20 times, all to no avail!!

3. Create a "fingerprint" of your Boom! Box on a USB flash
drive.
a. Install a USB flash drive to the USB port in the storage
compartment.
b. Go to Home > Setup > System Information > Navigation
> Export for Update.
c. Select the USB flash drive from the list.
d. When the export for update completes, select OK.
e. Remove the flash drive.
