2015 Limited with 30,000 miles. Just changed my coolant per the maintenance schedule. No issues with the cooling system at all.

How often do these fans run? I have only heard them run once when I turned the bike off and it was only for a very short while. How would one know if you had a pump or thermostat failure? I was out today in 95 degree weather for severaal hours and I didn't notice them on at all.

The fans cycle on/off while the engine is running, depending on the vehicle speed and coolant temperature. If the fans are running when the engine is stopped, the fans and water pump will continue to run until the coolant is at 203 degrees F or for 3 minutes, whichever occurs first. If the fans aren't running when the engine is stopped, they will not run again with the ignition OFF.

Fan Operation
On (below 15 mph) - 221 degrees F
Off (below 15 mph) - 203 degrees F
On (above 15 mph) - 244 degrees F
Off (above 15 mph) - 230 degrees F
