My 2016 Ultra Limited has less then 500kms on the clock. I cant get it to start and it wont even turn over. I have had the battery checked and it is good and I have tried charging with my Optimate 4 and also by removing the battery and charging with a standard battery charger. The battery is fully charged but the bike wont start

 

No offense, but is the "run" switch on? How about the fob in close enough proximity?

 

I had one fob that wasnt programmed when I got my bike new. try the other fob

 

To add to the first two responses....... Is there a "Enter PIN" message being displayed in the odometer window?

For the '14 and up touring bikes:
If the security system does not detect a working FOB when you try to start, they will display the "Enter PIN" message.

To just say "Bike won't start" really isn't giving enough information for most to be helpful.
There are just too many possibilities.

Given what you've listed so far, it is very unlikely to be a battery issue.

Either the run switch isn't in the "run" position, or the security system isn't detecting the FOB.

 

You need to give us more clues.
does anything happen when you turn the ignition on.
RUN switch as others noted
Check codes
Pull side cover check fuses

Like the others have said a little more information will help. When you turn the key on do your lights come on and the fuel pump run for 2 seconds? Have you checked the main fuse and the other fuses?

 

Has not come back. Think maybe the run switch is in run now ?

Ok the fob is up stairs.
Worst was setting up a tuner and nothing was going right would not marry to the bike.
Walked away. Went back after dinner with instruction and a pot of coffee. Check Run switch ...yep it was off. Should have been in run.
