Would like to see pics of them mounted. Looking at where my hands would be and if I will need to loose the fairing mirrors. Also wrist angle and pullback compared to stock.

Thanks for any info!
Timing is everything...just put em on yesterday. Monumental PIA...LOL. I had 18"ish hangers on there when I bought the bike, brand unknown....so can't speak to position relative to stock from an experience standpoint. I do believe they put your hands farther forward and a flatter wrist angle, which I like. Actually love the bars. I'm 6'4" and like hands lower and kinda leaned into the wind. I can use the mirror, mostly...kinda pick up my pinky/ring finger knuckle in the bottom part of the mirror...but overall, good to go. 10" rise would definitely block the mirror.

Random takeaways from process:
Gotta remove tank to run brake line to ABS module. 4 Bolts and fuel like quick disconnect. Surprisingly easy.
Lots of hubbub about blending ABS brakes. Found one dude that said you can do it as long as power is not applied to bike. i bled the crap out of mine before hooking battery back up....left and right calipers. No issues.
Routing wires through bars sucks. Period. Found using a LOOOONG flathead screwdriver to kinda poke the wire around the sharp angle in the bar worked pretty good....and lube...LOTS of lube. Solid life advice in general. LOL
Other than the 2 katrillion steps tearing the bike down, it technically wasn't a difficult job. Just time consuming.

Anyway....pics.....

Thanks for the write up, Bike and bars look killer.

The brake and clutch cable were to short to use with those bars? I ask because I put a set of Khrome Werks 2+2 sweepers which are higher and have more pullback on the wifes sg and did not have to extend anything.

For comparison, I installed my Yaffe 10's (15 SGS) and didn't mess with the brake or clutch lines at all.

Looking at post 11 from jlcaptain24, he was going from 18's to 8's and that must be why he did the clutch/Brake work. Maybe he will confirm.

I had super long cables from the 18" rise bars i took off...waaaayyyy too much cable. I imagine factory lines would work just fine.

Can they be rotated back any to bring them closer to the rider and if so how would they look?

Really like these bars but wish they had more pullback.

These are 8" yaffe's that actually measure little over 9". My hands are behind the faring but they look to maybe block your mirror.

Thanks bro

Did you need to extend the brake or clutch line with these?

Can the Yafee bars be rotated back to give more pullback and if so how do you think they would look.

I did 12" LA choppers and used stock clutch and brake cables.
