My one expirence with them wasn't great. I was going to buy a 2009 iron new and they won't budge at all or throw anything in. Then they wouldn't put rinehart slip ons on it either. To loud they said. Ended up at granite state.

Seacoast in north Hampton is good, but quite a hike for you.

Yeah there are a lot compared to other brands for sure. Like you suggested I'd like to find a good service department that knows evo's well. I took my 09 iron apart my self and had the heads worked, put in a 1250 kit and cams so I'm familiar with these engines. just not sure I want to get into that again this winter. It is weeping oil from somewhere on the case by tranny. Drips like one drop on the floor when it sits hot sometimes so not a bad leak. I want to fix it up though.

Iron--I know you said your experience with Monadnock sales weren't right for you--but that said Sales are one dept/ Service is another altogether. I don't usually badmouth but Granite State will never see my 97 Heritage Springer there[they did the rebuild on the front after 40k and it didn't even make it out of the parking lot and collapsed-------Monadnock did it up right [6years ago this all happened] and they service both my bikes now----to each their own----you,ll find one you trust somewhere---Rocker
