Well........... it's come and gone...... another Laconia........ riding home I found myself wishing for some of the good old days........ I did get some great riding in, (1100 miles in five days), but the "Hillclimbs " are a joke now that they have changed the format to side by side "drags"... Hell when 5 year old kids on 50cc bikes are making the top you don't have a "hill"!

The ride up Mt. Washington was great... about 60 deg up top and as clear as I have ever seen it... a Ranger said they don't get a dozen days a year like that........ where else can you ride above tree line in the East??

Downtown??? Forget it! It all just has turned into a T shirt show..... did enjoy the Gringo, the Looney Bin and the grub out at Patrick's.... but the rest was a commercialized joke..

But I was there five days and rode everyone of them with great friends and only 40 miles of it in rain... Great weather for a "Rainconia" weekend!

I'll do it again next year....... I'm a sick pup............
