Default Should i do a complete Fluid swap after its sat for a couple years?

I inherited a bike and it's sat for the last couple years so I'm wondering the best way to go about giving it an oil change/ full fluid swab.

is it best to just give it an oil change before running it & should I drain the tank and put in fresh fuel depending on how full the tank is?

or should I run it get it nice and hot (after filling the remainder of the tank with premium) then drain all the fluids or would that suck up the yucky separated gunK that settled at the bottom over the years?

it was my dad's bike and I want nothing more than to keep it in pristine condition for as long as possible.

bike was stored inside. it's a 2008 Street Glide Custom.

I'd drain the crap that is in there before running it. . Install new fresh stuff and oil filter, . No need to spend a lot, so I'd just get regular Dino. Then run it for a few non stop miles...at least 1 hour at full operating temperature. Then drain it all, replace with what you plan on running...oh yeah and change the oil filter again. I'd do it all again after 1,000 miles.

Also, service the air cleaner, replace spark plugs, drain the gas. Fill with fresh quality detergent gas, and add Seafoam.

Oh yeah...check if the tires are more than 6 years old...if so replace them as the rubber deteriorates and hardens over time.

Enjoy the legacy of your dad's bike.
