I'm guessing it works ok, like every other oil that meets the proper spec...if you are hoping to hear it's some kind of magic elixir, well, probably some out there that will claim that type of nonsense, like they do on other brands as well..lots of OCD oil people out there for who really knows why reasons

I normally use SYN3 in the engine an primary on my bike and trike.
However, on one trip south I knew the weather was going to be hot so I put Red Line 20w-60w in my CVO 110 engine just to see if there was any noticeable difference.
To me it did seem that there was less tappet noise and if I lived in a warmer climate I would probably use it all of the time in my engine(s).
FWIW, I used Red Line Shockproof in my transmissions as it is a heavier oil and if for no other reason the "pink" color can identify a transmission look vs a primary or an engine leak.

Red Line or Spectro full synthetic is all l use in my Harley. If, you are OCD about what you want to use which l probably am, l got all the spec material from different oil manufacturers and compared them. Full synthetic is superior to crude oil..based on lab tests. No contamination from the ground, no carbon deposits water etc.Oil debates are hashed out forever.

No contamination from the ground?
Man, they refine the crude oil, not just goop it into the containers...

After the first 2500 miles on the bike I switched over to Redline oils. I put in 20w60 in mid/late May to run in the warmer months, and change it out to 20w50 in late October to run thru the winter.
The bike never uses any of the oil, Blackstone Labs report at 18,000 miles showed everything was in great shape, and when I replaced the polished aluminum covers with the chrome rockerbox covers everything appeared spotless inside. The bike now has 26,500 miles on it.

I've never heard of such a thing. I'm pretty good with Google too, couldn't find anything about that.
