Went with Lucas full synthetic 20/50 at 5k... used since. Going back with it next week at 20k.

 

Mobil 1 10W/40

 

I have found that the thinner the primary oil, the better the clutch grabs.
The lower the oil level, below the clutch basket, the better the clutch grabs.
and switching to a 30 dollar SE clutch spring, it really grabs!
I personaly put in the primary what ever is left after changing the engine and tranns, Syn 3 or Moble one and Forula +

 

I just putMobil1 75/90in the wifes Dyna and she said she can find neutral easier. So that is a good start! [sm=happy046.gif]

 

I should have also said that Mobil 1 10/40 as quoted sounds good in the primary. I just put the 75/90 in trans for wife.

Amsoil sever gear in mine

 

I run AMSOIL 20W50 in the primary. I also run the same in the engine...using AMSOIL in both holes keeps it simple.

 

Alright,&nbsp\\;I was sceptical about the B&amp\\;M trickshift ATF fluid in my primary, but i tried it today and your right!! A real improvement. I don't hear any primary noise now and the clutch grabs much firmer. Thanks for the advice.

 

At the moment, I have Syn 3 in the Primary, and a Castrol 75W140 in the tranny. Works very good.
