Any ABATE local#1,2, or 3 members around? I'm not a member but wondered if it's active in the area. I looked on the ABATE website but looks like pretty much only the local #17 either does events or they are the only ones that put events onto the calendar online. I've read up on what they are and what they do. Seems like a good MRO just wondered if it is worth joining and being a member.

yeah the local #2 is in Simi where I live. but if its just a bunch of old dudes that get together and drink once a month I won't bother.
