A lot of people will buy that Streetfighter regardless of the HP it makes if they can get the price point in between the Street and Sportster models. People will flock to it because of the looks and the H-D logo on the tank. A fun bike to zip around on and feel included in the MOCO family. You try making into something more the price will go up and your gonna be stuck with another version of the FXRD.... A $22,000 slower heavier less capable Ducati X-Diavel
BMW hit it out of the park when they introduced their first 4 cylinder sport bike a few years ago. Literally blew everything else away, first try. it can be done.

Yeah they did..... But if you look @ their current lineup of bikes a lot of the tech that went into the S1000R was already in previous model bikes like the 1200GS and the 1300K sport. They already had traction control, rider modes, etc etc

The popular phrase crawl before you can walk comes to mind. Your asking H-D to fly!?!? All they need to do is put out some solid reliable new models @ a competitive price point. I can’t speak for everyone but I didn’t buy my H-D for performance. Already have a couple tricked out Busa for that.... I bought mine because I liked the way it looked felt and sound. I bought it for the expansive aftermarket products and extensive dealership network. So when I packed up and took off for a week long road trip I knew no matter what happened there’d be a dealership in every major city that has what I need to get me back on the road

There's no way the street fighter is going to be priced between a street and sportster..It's gonna be around $20K. No one will buy it at that price and be happy with their purchase.

Well every article you read about how H-D is headed for disaster is because of what.....???

They aren’t attracting NEW and YOUNG riders!!!!

No average joe kid is gonna be able to afford a $20K+ Harley. Look @ Indians Scout which is supposedly a big hit amongst the younger crowd. Damn near the same price as a Sportster..... Same thing with Triumphs Bobber and Bonnevile lineup. They are getting great reviews and attracting the millennials or whatever they are called. Same thing!!! Bike is under $15k!!! So don’t tell me it ain’t possible because if other manufacturers are doing it Harley can too

I think everyone will be quite surprised at their new ADV. I am either #1 or 2 at the local dealer for the first few he gets.

I’m really excited about it. We have a lot of back roads in AZ I’d love to explore on an ADV bike. I’ve been thinking about getting one for a few years but now I’m gonna wait. I hope it doesn’t disappoint.

Not quite sure what the rearward facing white lights are going to do, but hey, whatever.
