only had to remove the extender. would have been fine on road, didn't want to chance it in the dirt
Very noisy at highway speeds, but work well in most off-road and paved conditions. Gravel and rocky conditions is not an issue, hard pack dirt they're great, but in deep sand the front end is unforgiving compared to knobbies.
