ouch!
My first thought is why does a bike need to have cosmetic damage to show it’s used? Are you taking it on extreme trails or constantly dropping it? I’ll never understand the notion by folks that a clean bike, car, boat, tools, etc MUST be filthy, beat up and abused to indicate they’ve been used.
I guess it’s the whole ADV mentality of brag-ability on who has the most beat up bike….that must mean they are a ‘true’ adv rider.
I get that it’s an ADV bike, but I’ve seen plenty of GSAs on the road with 100,000+ miles and the owners take care of them and have pride in keeping them clean. To each their own I guess 🤷🏻♂️
Im honestly not knocking anyone, it’s just that this ‘clean bike’ topic constantly comes up in the ADV world.
