Default Slight wheel front wheel hop

2021 PAS with ARH.

Slowing down from 40mph to about 30mph, like when you're decelerating to enter a town, I get a slight front wheel bounce. I can even feel it in a turn at those speeds. Wheel hop continues until you either go below around 30 or start to accelerate.

The bike is in storage so I can't check the wheel runout until mid-april. I mentioned it to my dealer and basically got the "tech could not replicate" response.

I haven't made any noise about it, because I want to check it myself before I go back to the dealer. When I had the bike I experimented with various suspension settings, and couldn't fix it.

Any ideas?

Wheel hop, or brake pulsation?

Totally unrelated to braking. Just when you ease off the throttle and start coasting, then it continues the "hop" as you maintain the speed roughly between 30-40 mph.

Definitely something to look into as well. Tire could be out of round or they screwed up the balancing.

I just noticed a white round tire mark on my PanAm tire.
Should this white round (tire balance?) marker on the tire be 180 degrees from the valve stem ? (not talking about wheel weights, but the colored dots on fresh tires and I think also on wheels)

I mention this because always chk the simple stuff first.

Your dynamic wheel balance is off.

I believe the white spot denotes the heavy spot on the tire and is usually placed at 180 deg from the valve stem

Just got new Heidenau K60 Scout on: The Dots are where the vavle has to be, the lightest point of the tire is marked, not the heaviest.
