What makes a Cobra 909 exhaust particularly neat is the use of Cobra’s PowerPort design that gives you near two-into-one power gains in a two-into-two exhaust system, because everyone wants a dual exhaust on their V-Twin. When fitted with the included heat shields, the exhaust boasts a 3” diameter from the headers all the way back to the muffler tips, where they bell out to a 3-1/2” diameter. These proportions are perfect when set against the backdrop of an America V-Twin from Harley-Davidson.

As exhaust gases leave the engine, they’re presented an unobstructed line all the way to the muffler bodies where they meet a set of removable, 2” constant velocity core stainless steel baffles. These baffles deliver a nice bark that’ll make your spine tingle when the revs come up.

Each exhaust system ships with all required installation hardware and the included instructions explain exactly how to put ‘em on. Simple hand tools are all that’s required to get the job done.
