Default Big Blue Pearl question

Does anyone know what year Big Blue Pearl first appeared? Is it possible it was on police bikes as early as 2004?

I'm having my 2016 FLHP repainted 2007 Blue Suede Pearl this summer. Is that the color you're looking for? You can do a google image search for 2007 Road King Custom to see it.

Thanks for the answer. Thatís not the color, itís way lighter than BBP. Iím only asking because Iím thinking of buying a tour pack for my SG (which is 2014, BBP,) and the guy selling the pack says itís ďdeep blue pearl,Ē from a 2004 police bike, but it sure looks the same as mine in the pictures.

Thanks for all the replies. Mystery solved: the pack was originally from a 2006 police bike (color unknown,) and the guy had it paint matched to his 2012 BBP Road Glide. So that explains why it looks so much like BBP.👍
