I use PS,,,,,,,,,,,, but can't believe no ones said to Use

PLEDGE.... furniture Polish

humm...... use "lemon scented pledge" on my paint all the time but never thought to try it on the engine. Thanks, I'll give it a shot.

Ya, that. Once overspraying a little onto the block, it made a bit of a mess between it and the shredding of the microfiber rag trying to wipe it off!

Well that's good to know. Like I said earlier, I've never used pledge on my engine, just my paint. I've always used S100 on the engine but I'm always open to new things and ways to improve. Sounds like maybe I need to hold off on this until I hear some more positive feedback.

I use Meguires NXT synthetic polish after a wash and NXT detailer between washes and it works real good and has a nice wet looking shine. It keeps alot of the road grime off too. Turtle wax ice is another pretty good product. I think the NXT works the best and you can get it at Wal-mart.

Ice? That's a quickwax, like Lucas, Eagle1, FT1, and of course, Pledge.
You DO realize we're talking about the engine cases and not smooth surfaces, don't you?
