Default Factory Pack Harley Paint

I own a custom paint business and had a customer come in wanting his harley tins paint "Harley Big Blue Pear." My question is since it takes activator do you clear over it or is it considered a single stage that takes no clear? Also on the tech sheet the dealer gave me it says to let it sit 24 hours before clearing, Is this true?

Also any tips on spraying this paint would be greatly appreciated! This is my first time spraying factory harley paint.

I'm not trying to be a douche-nozzle, but seems like you answered your own question.

also big blue pearl is a tricoat paint even through harley and will need to be clearcoated most paint systems if its a tricoat process the activator will harden the basecoat and midcoats to keep the base layer from reacting and causing big problems

if you use PPG this color is available but you will still need to use DX57 in base and midcoats

the base is just vivid black and the midcoat has to be ordered from the PPG color library. instead of using paints you are unfamilar with
