http://www.colorrite.com/ has many colors that match very well. Unfortunately I did not see the CVO yellow. I have had customers bring me paint from HD to paint/repair there bikes, so that is an option. You can also go to a paint supplier and have them scan the color, which matches it to formulas in their database within a certain percentile of match. If they get a good match they can mix up some but it would likely be no less than a halfpint, and not very cheap. I believe that color is a pearl and a yellow pearl is a costly color to mix. Be sure to ask them what percentage of match they get before you drop coin on it.
