Lower legs paint question procedure
I'm doing my lower legs with Harley vivid black rattle can , can't afford powder coat right now, but would a guy sand them first with light grit sand paper first and then primer them then paint ? And am I gonna have to apply a gloss after or will the rattle can be good enough on its own thanks
