Default Trouble shifting up into 4th and 5th

Hey, 1999 Sportster 883, the primary chain and clutch had been adjusted as well as the shifter linkage. The downshift is fine but and the upshift on 1,2, and 3 is fine. But it takes A lot of force and several tries to shift up into 4th and 5th. Any ideas? Thanks for any input.

Dude put the bike in the air (IF you havent already head to harbor freight or Sears and get yourself a motorcycle jack) and try shifting while rocking the back tire forward and back. Don't want to start assuming it's something inside when it could be something simple. Always start from the outside when diagnosing not from the inside.
