Default Clutch hydraulic line o-ring

So i was swapping the hydralic clutch line with a new one on my 14 Tri Glide and when i put it back together i just inserted the flared line back into the clutch cylinder and tightened it snug like it was when i removed the old one. I installed the line on my master cylinder, filed it with fluid and started to bleed the line, the fitting at the transmission connection with the flare line and nut started to leak like a sieve. i removed and put some thread sealer, re-installed and same leak... My service manual says there is a o-ring there but the Microfice and the master tech at the local deal says there isn't??? any one ever come across this issue? I have a line arrow drawn at the location i am talking about.

It's a copper washer. The part number is in the service manual not parts manual. I know weird. I'll get you the part number when I get home.

So mine might be crushed to match the old line and not mating well with the new line.

Mine didn't have one. It's copper so you will be able to see it.
In my service manual it states use it if you have a leak. Or something like that. I replaced my slave cylinder and bought the washer just in case I needed it. I did not need it.
