Question Derby Cover on 1988 FLSTC

Does anyone recognize this derby cover and know how to remove it (see image attached)? Please let me know! Thanks!

Sorry, I don`t recognize the derby cover, but the inner primary cover is not a 1988 part.

Neither do I, might have to take the outer off to see how it's attached from the inside..

​​​​​​Also I don't see how that's an FLSTC looks more like a 90 up FLSTF...

Maybe @Hey Man can chime in. I believe he had the Inferno derby and inspection covers on one of his bikes. They look similar to the OP's Mirage covers.

CCI or Drag were hustling those if memory serves me, no idea how they installed. Can't,mount from the inside as you'd never be able to put oil in.
