Shifting Problems
I have 1993 FLHTC that has developed a problem. When the bike is cold I have no problem shifting, in fact it feels perfect, but as soon as it warms up it starts getting hard to downshift. The warmer it gets the harder it gets. I have adjusted the clutch per the factory specs and changed the fluids. Also when it gets warm when I come to a stop sign and am in first gear it wants to creep forward, and finding nutural is almost imposible when the bike is running when warm. Upshift has been no problem yet. Anyone have any idea what the cause could be? Thanks

"when it gets warm when I come to a stop sign and am in first gear it wants to creep forward"...leads me to think the clutch is sill not adjusted correctly. Make sure to take all the clutch cable tension off of the clutch when making the adjustment. It's also a bit of a problem to keep the inside screw from turning in when you tighten the lock nut when finishing off the adjustment. Might try a wrench with a gooseneck to tighten the nut as you hold the inside screw with a screw driver. Good luck, keep us posted.

If adjustment does not cure the problem, you might want to disassemble the clutch and have a look at the disks, plates and the hub and outer shell.
Look for warped plates/disks, burrs on the steel plates, hub or outer shell.
It could be that the spring plate in the clutch pack has failed, if so, it will be obvious.
