Default HID retro kit

After getting the HD dual light bulb as an option on my Ultra, I really hated the light output and after the H11 bulb burned out the 2nd time I figured it was time to start looking for something that would last longer. Finally decided on a xenondepot kit to replace the halogen bulb completely. Pretty much a plug-n-play install. Hardest part was finding a place to install the ballast and starter. Now I have a VERY bright white focused beam HID head light just like the HDs HID bulb and for hundreds less.
Well maybe not hundreds but at least I didn't have to give any more cash to HD.

No highbeam though? Is it enough light to make up for the lack of a highbeam?

Pretty cheap. I've never seen a $200 HID kit before. Good find.

Hi beam was usless before and not needed now. Haven't had to use it since the install but it does still work. Just a pissy yellowish beam that shoots down the middle. The HID low beam seems plenty bright enuff. Makes my running lights that have 55 watt Silverstars in them look yellow now too.
