Default Bikes Blues & BBQ

Heading up to Arkansas for the Bikes Blues & BBQ, and wondering about the rally at Pig Trail H-D in Rogers. Worth it?

They have vendors, food, bands, beer, and a tent full of bikes. The same set up that Rapid City Harley does for sturgis, but at a smaller scale.

You're only about an hour from the main rally in Fayetteville. We are staying in Eureka Springs, about 1.5 hours from it. Everywhere you ride up there is great riding, so any excuse to go somewhere can be an adventure.

Every time I've done BB&BBQ I always take the trip up to Pig Trail H-D in Rogers. Usually they have vendors setup in other spots on the way to pigtrail HD. Some of the same vendors that were in Sturgis, selling the left over t-shirts cheap. Its part of the experience for us.

Heard Eureka Springs is quite a little town to see.

I've never been but I hear it's a good time.
Not a Buffalo Chip kinda good time but more a tone down and relax kinda of time.

29 of us from the local HOG group are riding up from Texas on Thursday. We're staying in Bentonville.

Its a really small Town, nice though. A few pub n grub places there, bikers always welcome.
It's real nice riding all through there.

BB&BBQ is a much bigger rally than most people know. It ends up being solid bikes covering nearly half of Arkansas. If you've ever ridden around out at Sturgis then you'll understand what I mean as all the backroads are covered with riders.

Went by the H-D dealership today in Rogers, vendors are setting up. Lots of sun today, glad I used the sunscreen!
