I'm having trouble signing in to the HD Ride planner today. Is anyone else?

Just now signed in to the Ride Planner. Other than being slow, it worked first time.

I have trouble with about any part of the HD site. Besides being slow, after I sign in and click on "shop," it requires that I sign in again. If I select a particular model bike to shop for, I have to re-select it before each new search. It clears it each time for some reason. Every other website I go to works fine, but when I go the HD site I have all sorts of trouble. I've sent several messages to HD and complained about it, but have never received a response. I'm convinced that the people who designed/maintain their website are the same folks who write the software for the Boom audio system.

What browser and operating system are you using? Mine acts like it's logging me in, but it takes me back to the "Welcome, Guest" page. I can create a ride, but I can't save it. I also can't open any of my previously saved rides.

Try Tyre.
Looks like a GUI over Google Maps.
Lets you save folders of waypoints.
I've had no issues using it with my 2014 FLHTK and now my 2017 FLHTKL.

Gave up on using their ride planner, last couple of trips have been using Google maps to plan a route then enter the address of waypoints in the GPS and hit the road.
