Folks, wanted to thank everyone for providing me with valuable hindsight and information for my upcoming trip South and then West...I leave NY early Monday morning and should be in Front Royal Va by dinner time..after stopping at the Harley factory...Will ride the Skyline and Blue Ridge parkways down to the Cherohala Skyway..up into memphis, st louis and who knows from there..either north or further West...Plan is to ride rte 66 through Illinois pickup rte 6 and ride back into NY. Thank you all...looking forward to some great weather and making some great memories.

Sounds like a fun ride. If your in Illinois on Route 6 stop in Geneseo for dinner and go to The Cellar. Order the fillet and enjoy a great Midwest steak.

Both Dynas. The first one is the green Street Bob, and that's turned into the impractical bike that I like to work on and mess up. The second is the mostly stock Superglide custom, that remains the practical bike. I did change out a few things on it to suit my riding comfort.
