USA v Canada both in areas NICE!
Gday I have ridin the USA a few times and going back next year but following a few threads on the Canadian views man it looks nice!
Might have to make it to Canada in 2021 god willing but I might have to incorporate both countries as it appears to be easy to cross the border but then I have a kiwi passport so maybe not so much...
plenty to chew on that's for sure!

Canada is gorgeous, but you become even more weather dependent. They have a short riding season for sure, so be aware when planning. We did Nova Scotia and Cape Breton about 4 years ago in late July, many cold rainy days. Still worth the trip, but I wouldn't want to be up there, on a bike, after October 1. Good luck with your plans.

^ sad but true, late season (end of Sept) and the weather can bring anything here, roads become slick in the morning, and heated clothes are your friend.
There are certainly many nice rides here on the West Coast for mountains and open roads, the PNW in the USA is also a lot of fun to ride, with similar views and lots of options of places to visit. Sounds like you have time to think it out

I think if I was to do a CAN-USA trip I would start on the east coast Gaspe Bay peninsula New Brunswick across to Maine head towards New York State cross back into Canada at Kingston, north to Algonqin than to Hwy 17 to Thunder Bay , from there across the border to
Duluth down to Milwaukee, then west to sturgis the black hills , yellow stone , bear tooth pass up to Idaho then make my way up to the Canadian Rockies

lots of great scenery here in Canada , but be prepared to ride long distances to see it , we're kind of spread out in a fairly narrow band north of the US border . the East coast (Nova Scotia , Cape Breton , Prince Edward Island , New Brunswick and Newfoundland) is a bit more compact , and a ton of cool stuff to see .
