Default Lodging in Milwaukee

I'm heading to Milwaukee next September as part of a larger ride in Wisconsin and I'd like to go into Milwaukee to see the museum, Juneau St facility have a couple PBR's and I'm looking for accommodations where I can park the bikes on site. With the exception of the iron horse, I'm not seeing many bike friendly hotels in that city. Anyone have any recommendations?

I stayed at the Ramada Inn on 6th and Michigan a couple years back, but I see it's under a different name now. Rooms were a bit dated, but the price was right, off street parking, 4-5 blocks from the HD Museum.

Ok, thanks. Do you recall if they charged for the parking? I'm seeing some of these hotels changing $23-25$ a night and it just seems ridiculous. I'm not a city guy so maybe this is the going rate. Just looking for options. Thanks for the input.

Not when I stayed there, but it appears to be under new ownership.

Potawatomi Casino Hotel- covered ramp parking. Newly updated rooms and about 1/4 west of Harley museum on Canal St. Stayed here for rally couple of years ago and it was nice.

If I was going to Milwaukee at anytime other than the rally I would stay at the Iron Horse, The rooms look cool as hell!! But the rally is the only time you find me in Milwaukee and the rooms are 1500$ a night then.
