Thinking about riding from Eastern NC to Nova Scota, hopefully next month. Want to avoid interstates as much as possible. Can allow as much as two weeks. maybe a few days longer if necessary. Anyone hv any suggestions.

Do the Cabot Trail...I would love to do it on a bike. Maybe NS Coyote will pipe in, after all he lives there.
BTW..Oriental is a beautiful little town. I used to love walking around looking at the wooden sailboats.
