yes. There is gas at Lochsa Lodge and Kooskia .

 

Mapquest lists 10 gas stations along the route.

It is about 100 miles, give or take, to the first. Make sure your tank is full when you leave.

 

Different area but on topic, there are no gas stations between Blanding, Utah and Hanksville, UT. Including a trip through Natural Bridges National Monument it's 142 miles.
Relevant for our trip this spring.

Having done Lolo Pass in each direction, I filled up in Orofino and in Lolo on US93. With my RK getting 40+ MPG, it wasn't even close to running out. I suppose it depends on what you ride, but the two points are not that far apart.
