I just bought a 2007 Ultra Classic and considering the SE pro tuner. Will not invest in the aftermarket products because I understand a lot about on board fuel injection systems from the automotive and diesel market. I understand what they are doing with the aftermarket products. ASE Master re-certified in autos, heavy trucks, school buses.

My question, Sam D, (or anyone else with knowledge) is I need to get the heat down on this 107 engine, as I cam from a 2004 road king carbed bike and it ran very cool for an air cooled engine. I understand through research this 107 engine runs hot but there has to be timing curves, and air to fuel ratios that can be tweaked to get this heat down. I know what this heat is going to do long term if I don't do something. This bike I just got has BUB 7 aftermarket exhaust. I am hoping this Screaming Eagle Pro Street tool is all it is advertised as. It is supposed to have some diagnostic capability and this is always a plus.

 

Only thing available from hd for tuner anymore is junk street tuner. Epa made hd discontinue sert (race tuner). Look into FP3 from V&H. No dyno tuning needed,programs with app via smartphone and has Auto tune feature along with live dash data and code reading. On fleabay for just over $300

 

we stille have the race tuner over here in europe,as far as i know
