Most folks use 1/2 the packing along with Fullsac sleeves to keep the packing in place. (At least for Pre-M8 models)

I got the screens from fullsac and the packing from them. The screens hold the packing out against the cans, and keep it from bunching up at the out let end.

Not in the CVO Limited but in my M8 CVO SG. I chose the 2.25" CVO Power Cores, complete with perforated sleeves and techmat blankets. I love the sound of them. Here is a video I took after I installed them. Bare in mind that it was recorded with a GoPro so the sound is no where near to the sound in person. I love how much deeper they sound.

I would definitely recommend this to others.

I have had many different brands of headers and slip-ons over the years. I can only say that Fullsacs overall performance and customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. I was going for performance and sound. I did not want loud.

Guys,

Getting ready to order some Fullsacs for my ‘18 CVO - trying to decide between the 2” and the 2.25” - I think since I’m keeping the stock headpipe in place with the cat (yeah, I know, I know) that I’d be fine with the 2.25 and the Techmat sleeves.

My goal is a deeper rumble and more bark under power but not too loud that I get thrummed on a longer trip.

As a baseline, my last bike (a 103 Street Glide) had a FuelMoto X-pipe, no cat, and Rush slash-ups and it was just a bit harsh on longer trips. Not so much too LOUD, but too HARSH if that makes sense. So if I’m keeping my cat, would the 2.25” and screens do me right?

Thanks...

I had the 2" cores on mine with cats and they were good but I'm sure the 2.5" would be a lot better. I found a pair of cannons and they are a little more then stock until you crack the throttle.
