What is the difference between to 2007 police (real police service) RK 103 and the earlier SE (stock) 103's? I think I read the 2007 has slighly more CR at 9.6 to 1 and the 2007 motor does not have SE on it so the head design may be way different. Anybody know what other differences there are between the motors?

 

Is this 103version just too new for anybody to have experence with?

 

The 103 kit they put on the 96" motors is not the same as the 03-06 SE 103 motors. Different heads.
