Must of been a loose windshield.

I've had mine up to 90mph so far and no vibration. It's for looks anyway as it provides very little protection.

This is good to hear, that it is OK. I'll be keeping it on, not swapping for another. Kinda want to keep the bike close to the CVO design. But this is me. The little protection is OK for me. Ride bikes with hardly any, and I'll be wearing a FF helmet.

I forgot to mention this; if you inform them that you are a member of the CVO Owners Website (will I get lambasted for mentioning that in this forum) they will give you a 10% discount, it about covers the shipping.

I don't think it was loose, but I didn't check it real good when I got back. It just had a buzz at the top center. It was pretty windy when I rode and that may have had something to do with it.

Gregg,
Thanks so much for the inside info on clearview windshields. Now is there anything you can do about making winter go away in Vermont??

I feel your pain, it was 18° on the way to work this morning here in Michigan.

And some pics too!

No one has posted any black ones on here yet.
From picking it up today. Just one token and lame pic before placing it in the trailer. Icy county roads up high at 880ft. where I live. Should be melted in a day or two.

Did take it on a five mile spin before pulling up to the trailer. The visual detail is something to behold. Can tell this thing has some get up and go. Beauty is is beyond skin deep. The gearbox is a little sticky... finding neutral required some effort. Will probably loosen during the break-in. So minimal impression, but more later!

Sfarson:
Had the same issue with my gear box.
Change the fluid to synthetic gear oil. I did and before I
got around the block, the problem disappeared.
I used Amsoil 70-90 but I'm sure Mobil 1 or Redline would work just as well.
