The 1 3/4" sound the best for a stock 110" engine but if you add compression and cams, the 2" sound good and solid. The 2 1/4" just make more noise IMO but still sound good with a built engine.

2" Fullsaks on a stock engine just seem to be missing that solid tone I like. No one I know has the 2 1/4's on a stock 110"

just looking to get more sound for now....with the high flow air filter on the 2012 cvo I figured to open up the other end can't hurt. looking for more sound and with the stock headers I don't think the 2.25 sd will be loud at all but just enough to get by for now, until I do the headers. Talking with fullsac it won't be loud and I won't lose any hp or torque. I thought maybe with the 2.25 I would loss torque but I was told otherwise by the guys at fullsac. They have been a great help I just wish someone had them so I could hear a video...because I don't know if I should just to a rinehart slip on. I love the look of the stock exhaust so if I can stay with them that would be sweet.
Thanks for the info, now I'm not sure if I should do the 2.25 fullsac core I really don't need hp gains right now (would be nice even if it was just 2hp) just a better deeper sound ( until I do the stage 1) but I don't want a loss of power or torque either with a stock header I thought that the 2.25 sd would be best for a deeper louder sound..now I'm not so sure

the other thing is to leave the muffler packing in or leave it out

Definitely leave the packing in, it'll sound like a tin can without.

think I'm just going to go with the rineharts...I like the look of the stock end cap, but I just found some end caps that look pretty close to stock for the rineharts

is there a way to tell the old rineharts from the new ones that don't have end caps that fade quick? does anyone know where the cheapest place to buy rinehart?
