Default front cylinder

Okay now that I have figured out my ignition module was shot...replaced it and now the bike actually runs. I have noticed that my front cylinder is running less powerful, less hot and not as regular as my rear cylinder which is obviously hotter and very regular. I moved my sensor in order to adjust the timing, which improved the problem alot, but the front is still not running equal to the rear. Any ideas?

Default RE: front cylinder

Adjust the pushrods, check for partially collapsing lifter, check compression, leakdown.

Default RE: front cylinder

I checked compression and the front is more than 10% off the back. Back was 220 and the front was about 185-190. I rode it to a friends house to wrench it and the thing really started running like crap. Blowing black smoke, fouled the plugs. It definately seems as if it is sneezing out the card. Thinking it may be a pushrod issue. I am adjusting the push rods again tomorrow, see if that makes a difference.
