I've got a 78 FLH I bought not too long ago. The bike had a really bad bounce in the front wheel at low speeds when I got it. I replaced the steering neck cups and bearings, fork seals and fork oil. The bounce has almost gone away but it's still there. At low speeds (parking lot speeds) I can see the front tire bouncing until I squeeze the front brake. Any ideas where to look next?

its a see it - pick the front wheel up and spin it looking at a fixed location

your looking for a lump as it turns and up and down kind of movement in the tire or the rim
