And, I doubt there is much in the manual about the S&S Carb.
If ya Wanna go back to Original, O.E., Factory, whatever it was... the Manual is priceless... sort of.. certainly the Parts manual...

Nah - pages 3-12 are exactly what I was looking for.

Totally agree. I've got both manuals (and a Clymer... don't hate!). And I refer to them all regularly. I may switch to another carb, down the road. Since the Super E is on there and relatively new (compared to the engine itself) I'm just rebuilding it for now, because it works. I've got plenty of other tasks ahead before I start swapping out working components!

Keep in mind that those are kit part numbers and different kits had different manifolds, mounting brackets, included jets etc. I am pretty sure that the bodies are all the same from one to the next.

You are correct, carb body is the same.
