SIFTON hydraulic tappeds

I found a set of sifton hydraulic tapped for a decent price...
The bag says "ORIGIN: Japan"

My understanding from a few years ago is the Sifton is not what it used to be... and now everything Sifton is Chinese... so I wonder about this "Japanese" set...
